Order Processing

We typically process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom orders, bulk timber supply, or made-to-measure wood products may require additional processing time depending on specifications.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Methods & Estimated Times

Tracking & Delivery Conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Delivery location is accessible for pallet or freight transport

Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or inaccessibility may result in additional charges.

Damaged or Missing Timber

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and products

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or partial refund where applicable.
