Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that the items are:

  • In their original condition

  • In the original packaging

Custom-made, cut-to-size, or specially ordered timber products are non-returnable, unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  2. Carefully package the product and return it using a trackable shipping method to the provided return address.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds

After approval of the returned item, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

If your timber or wood products arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
